Our Story

Like many, Cameron Rogers has faced her own mental health challenges. This journal was born from three  practices that have supported her deeply: journaling, positive affirmations, and coloring.

What began as a necessity during concussion recovery, when screens weren’t an option, quickly became a grounding ritual. Writing offered peace and emotional release. Since becoming a mother, journaling has become a sacred morning routine, a way to fill her own cup before pouring into others.

The coloring affirmations combine two more tools from Cameron’s wellness journey: affirmations and creativity. Repeating phrases like “I am worthy” and “I am enough” helped shift her mindset and coloring offered a calming outlet, especially for her ADHD brain.

To bring the vision to life, Cameron partnered with her friend and designer Hannah Sheridan (@hannah.sheridan.design), who captured the heart of the project through intentional and beautiful images.
